Through Outreach work on the streets, TCC has reached out to children and provided them with counseling as one way to help them reform their shattered lives. It takes time for children on the street to open up and open up their different sides of the stories. This has required different interventions of counseling until children felt convinced to change their way of living and working on the street to come to the TCC reception center.
